Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hasan Ribuvnik (ranked 5657 p4p, 417 weight class) and Circie Marcelo (ranked 5753 p4p, 419 weight class). Ribuvnik comes to the cage accompanied by Shantel - Disko Partizani. The key to victory for Hasan Ribuvnik has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Hasan Ribuvnik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Circie Marcelo! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ribuvnik attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Ribuvnik throws a sloppy head kick and Marcelo moves out of range easily. Marcelo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Marcelo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ribuvnik as he jumps to the side. Marcelo takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Ribuvnik throws a jab when Marcelo was well out of range. Ribuvnik lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Marcelo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Marcelo tries for a takedown but Ribuvnik sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ribuvnik misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Marcelo is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. We've been told by Ribuvnik's head coaches at London's Elite Grappler's PLUS that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Ribuvnik lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ribuvnik's guard. Ribuvnik has momentary wrist control but Marcelo slips an elbow through the middle. Marcelo connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marcelo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Ribuvnik, up you get! Ribuvnik throws a head kick that half lands.
Marcelo throws a nice looking combination but Ribuvnik bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ribuvnik.
Marcelo takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Marcelo is defended easily by Ribuvnik. Hasan Ribuvnik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Circie Marcelo.

Marcelo throws a leg kick that misses. Ribuvnik lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Marcelo backs up against the cage.

Ribuvnik goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Hasan Ribuvnik is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ribuvnik blocks a head kick by Marcelo.

Marcelo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ribuvnik throws a half hearted mid kick. Marcelo wants to counter with a clinch but Ribuvnik pushes him away. Ribuvnik scoring well with a low kick there.

and Marcelo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ribuvnik won't be happy with that. Ribuvnik is looking for a sweep. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Marcelo slows the pace down. Marcelo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ribuvnik to his feet.

A low kick from Ribuvnik lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Marcelo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Marcelo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Marcelo closes the distance and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Marcelo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ribuvnik sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Marcelo somewhat. A shot to the liver by Ribuvnik. Beautiful body shot. Ribuvnik throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. It seemed like Marcelo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Marcelo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

And that's the end of the fight! Hasan Ribuvnik showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ribuvnik, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
