Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Adel Sadeq (ranked 3770 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus St Stone (ranked 3516 p4p, 332 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Adel Sadeq! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Marcus St Stone! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and James Glass.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. St Stone clinches with his opponent.
Sadeq is working for takedown but St Stone is calmly controlling the position for now. St Stone pulls guard. Sadeq trying to control the position from guard on top but St Stone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. St Stone controls Sadeq momentarily but Sadeq frees himself. Sadeq trying to control but St Stone is working from the bottom. Sadeq passes into half guard. St Stone is trying to maintain the position but Sadeq is very close to passing his half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sadeq tries to pass the half guard into mount. St Stone knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Sadeq is trying to control. St Stone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Sadeq not doing much here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. St Stone manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. St Stone has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sadeq should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, St Stone has tightened it up now! Sadeq should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
