Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Julio Dean (ranked 3915 p4p, 406 weight class) and Jax Dempsey (ranked 5921 p4p, 486 weight class). Dean kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Zack Fox- Jesus Is The One (I Got Depression). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dempsey defends well and Dean ends up having to push Dempsey into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Dempsey pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dempsey closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dean to the mat! Dean manages to get full guard.
Dean working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dempsey doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dempsey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Dean has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dempsey is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dean.
