The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hands misses with a series of wild punches.
Hands scores with a jab to the body. Hands misses with a two punch combination.
Petersson is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Hands. Hands scores with a jab to the head.
Hands looks to land a combination but Petersson avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hands misses with an uppercut
and Petersson counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Petersson. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Petersson tries to throw a body punch but Hands avoids it by throwing Petersson back against the cage.

Petersson gets through Hands's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Hands blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Petersson digs a right hand underneath Hands's ribcage. Hands let out a lung full of air as it connected. Petersson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hands wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Petersson has him pressed against the cage. Petersson pushes Hands back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Hands blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Petersson is leaning against Hands and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Hands looks winded! Petersson lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Hands. Petersson lands a body shot. Petersson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Petersson lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Petersson pushes Hands back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Hands has had enough of the clinch but Petersson keeps him there for the moment. Hands tries to circle away but Petersson has him pinned against the cage. Petersson lands a nice shot to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Petersson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hands has time to react. Petersson clinches up with Hands and pushes him back against the cage. Nice body punch from Petersson - that landed with a thud.

Hands is rocked! Petersson swings wildly with an uppercut but Hands uses good head movement to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hands has Petersson pressed against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hands looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Petersson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Handss head. Petersson drops Hands onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Hands is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet! Hands is still on wobbly legs! Can Petersson finish him? Petersson creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Hands out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters! The fight is over!
