Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eighteen tries to clinch up.
Pete closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eighteen parries the strikes from Pete easily there. Pete is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Eighteen to escape.
Pete is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Eighteen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Eighteen is trying to improve his position.

Pete sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Eighteen is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Pete has hold of Eighteen's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Eighteen seems comfortable defending it but Pete has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Eighteen is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Eighteen is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Pete couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Saint Pete decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
