Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Robin Olsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sho Nuff!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuff throws a head kick that misses.
Olsen appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Olsen shoots in for a takedown but Nuff shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Olsen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nuff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Olsen somewhat.
Olsen has a takedown stuffed.
Olsen sets himself, and Nuff steps forward looking for the clinch! Olsen avoids it this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robin Olsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A slapping body kick lands there for Nuff.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nuff throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A low kick from Nuff is predictable there
and Olsen counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Olsen drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Olsen as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Nuff screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Olsen! Nice submission victory there!
