Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andre Clay (ranked 1728 p4p, 193 weight class) and Screw Ewe (ranked 1718 p4p, 189 weight class). Clay comes to the cage accompanied by Believe. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andre Clay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Screw Ewe! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ewe gets caught flat footed, as Clay shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clay accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Clay throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Clay is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Clay throws an elbow that misses. Ewe uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Clay's guard. Nice move by Ewe! Ewe preventing the sweep. Clay is working an open guard so Ewe takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Clay manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ewe on his heels. He'll look to pass Ewe's guard now, I'm sure. Ewe wants to stand and escape but Clay is having none of it. Clay tries to free his leg and advance position but Ewe is retaining full guard. Clay working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ewe's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Clay looking to pass the guard. Ewe wants to sweep but no luck. Clay pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ewe is keeping the position for now.

Ewe working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Clay. Clay passes into half guard. Clay is looking for a kimura but Ewe is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Clay to get the leverage. Ewe wants to get back to his feet. Clay trying to mount his opponent but Ewe defends it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ewe controlling the position for now. Ewe blocking the ground and pound attempt from Clay. Ewe felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Ewe is not content to let Clay control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clay is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Ewe is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Clay not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Ewe wants to get back to his feet.
Clay seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Clay lands a big shot. Ewe throws a body shot but no joy. No joy there for Ewe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Ewe misses with a straight left. Clay drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Clay stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ewe swivels though and keeps the full guard. Clay missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Clay trying to control the position from guard on top but Ewe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Andre Clay overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Clay looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Clay in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ewe looking to control.

Ewe takes a shot right to the bread basket. Danga de danga de dang - Ewe scores with a four punch combination! Clay is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Clay bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Let's see if he can advance position further. This has been an exciting period of action! Ewe controlling the position well. Clay is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ewe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Clay. Clay is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ewe has managed to free his arm - good work. Clay is keen to just control but Ewe is a slippery customer.

Clay is looking to pass Ewe's guard but actually Ewe recovers to full guard. Clay won't allow Ewe to get back to his feet. Clay stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ewe swivels though and keeps the full guard. Clay postures up in Ewe's guard and throws a big left but Ewe blocks it. Clay with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Clay trying to move into half guard but instead Ewe has managed to sweep! Clay lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Clay looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay won't allow Ewe to get back to his feet. Ewe not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ewe utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ewe keeping full guard, as Clay tries to pass. Ewe wants to get back to his feet but Clay is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Clay is working Ewe over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Clay trying to control but Ewe is working from the bottom. That was a close second round but I would say that Andre Clay will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ewe looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ewe! Clay is looking for a sweep. Clay is working hard here to advance position. Ewe working away. Clay tries to buck Ewe off but Ewe is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ewe stands up. A cross from Clay lands. Clay pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ewe back to the cage. Clay follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. This has been an exciting period of action! Ewe walks forward, straight into a front kick from Clay.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clay throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ewe was covering up waiting for the punch and Clay finishes the takedown easily into guard. Clay works a leg free and moves into half guard. Clay is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ewe can do to turn this around? Clay winds up and cracks Ewe with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Clay is looking for a kimura here.
Clay moves into full mount! Ewe won't be happy about that! Clay is trying to control here but Ewe has managed to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Clay is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ewe sees it coming and defends easily. Clay wants to control but Ewe is keeping him busy. Clay takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Nice strikes from Clay there. Clay moves nicely into side control. Clay throwing shots but missing, from side control. Sloppy strikes there by Clay. This has been an exciting period of action! Clay goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ewe has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Clay but great work by Ewe.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clay is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Clay looks to move to half guard but instead Ewe has passed into mount! Damn! Clay is trying desperately to improve position. Ewe wants to stand but Clay is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Clay swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Clay sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Clay gets back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ewe defends well. Ewe is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Clay has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ewe is looking to defend but Clay has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ewe! Clay pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ewe taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Andre Clay! Andre Clay gave a mention to Kato in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
