Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Santichai Jetatikarn (ranked 4194 p4p, 429 weight class) and Rodrygo Da Silva (ranked 4329 p4p, 439 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Santichai Jetatikarn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rodrygo Da Silva! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jetatikarn defends well and Da Silva ends up having to push Jetatikarn into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Jetatikarn scores with a head kick. Da Silva tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Rodrygo Da Silva has been cut. Da Silva dodges the punch combination from Jetatikarn.
Jetatikarn lands with a kick to the temple. Da Silva shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Jetatikarn throws a head kick that misses. Jetatikarn misses with a looping right. Jetatikarn drops Da Silva with a right and a left! Jetatikarn comes rushing in but Da Silva regains his composure and manages to keep Jetatikarn in guard.
Da Silva is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Da Silva trying to control the position.
Da Silva is still in real trouble! Can Jetatikarn finish him? Jetatikarn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jetatikarn would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Da Silva seems to have recovered his senses. Da Silva is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Da Silva looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Jetatikarn wanted to stand there but Da Silva had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Da Silva wants to sweep here but Jetatikarn controlling him for the moment. Jetatikarn tries to stand but Da Silva is controlling from the bottom. Jetatikarn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Da Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jetatikarn defends well. Da Silva controls Jetatikarn momentarily but Jetatikarn frees himself. Jetatikarn wants to get up but he can't break Da Silva's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Jetatikarn wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Da Silva's closed guard. He's half up but Da Silva has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Da Silva pivots and extends the arm, Jetatikarn falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Da Silva! Well done that man!
