Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Jai White (ranked 1087 p4p, 147 weight class) and Papa Moosh Dambullah (ranked 878 p4p, 118 weight class). Dambullah has chosen Boom Boom as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Jai White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Papa Moosh Dambullah! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White missing with a left hand there. Dambullah was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. It seemed like Dambullah was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. White lands a jab to Dambullah's midsection. A shot to the liver by White. Beautiful body shot. White looks to score with a jab to the body but Dambullah is just out of range. And Dambullah responds with a good body kick, but White manages to step out the way in time. White lands with a shot to the body. White is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dambullah. Dambullah keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A little jabbing left from Dambullah on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. White looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dambullah throws a body shot but no joy. Dambullah cracks the inside of White's front leg. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White digs a good hook to Dambullah's body.
Dambullah will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

White shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Dambullah wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Dambullah trying to hold on to White's head to control him but White postures up.
Dambullah actively working from the bottom here. Dambullah tries to roll over but White keeps him under control. White is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dambullah sees it coming and defends easily. Dambullah is trying to control but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dambullah is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. White tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dambullah knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. White is working for a submission of some sort.
Dambullah slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Dambullah is pulling down on White's head. It's preventing any offense from White, at least for the moment. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dambullah is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

White ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts White, as that shot connected.
White moves away from the strike by Dambullah. White appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. White manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dambullah on his heels. He'll look to pass Dambullah's guard now, I'm sure. Dambullah is adopting a defensive guard. White trying to control but Dambullah is working from the bottom.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. White misses with a takedown attempt and Dambullah counters with a lovely straight right hand! White dives in for a single leg takedown but Dambullah sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. White shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dambullah pinned against the ropes. Dambullah gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Jai White. That's going to take a lot out of him. White lands a jab to the nose. Dambullah throws a wild body kick that White sees coming a mile off. A little feinted left hand from White on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. White ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dambullah moves away. Nice uppercut lands for White. That snapped Dambullah's head back.

and White counters with a stiff right hand. Michael Jai White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. White thows a left - swing and a miss! White looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dambullah is fending him off so far but White persists. Nope, Dambullah circles away and we're back to standing. White shoots in and gets a takedown into Dambullah's guard. Dambullah controlling the position. White advances to half guard. Dambullah controlling the position well. Dambullah throws a front kick aimed at White's knee but White avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White misses with a hook
and Dambullah finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Dambullah tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Dambullah. White thows a left - swing and a miss! Dambullah scores with a hook to the body. White takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
That's one minute gone in the round. White clobbers Dambullah with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. White swings for the body but Dambullah moves out of range.
Dambullah now looks to counter with a shot at the body. White with a lazy takedown attempt and Dambullah counters with a three punch combo that has White backing up. White nods at Dambullah to acknowledge the strikes. Both fighters are breathing heavily. White takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Papa Moosh Dambullah has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! White cracks Dambullah with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. White throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dambullah. White shoots in but no luck this time. White misses with a lunging right hand
and Dambullah counters with a nice low kick that buckles White's knee momentarily. Dambullah scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. White has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from White there as he acknowledges the shot. Dambullah cracks White with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! White looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dambullah finish him?
White is rocked! Dambullah weaves into range and cracks White right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! White goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Dambullah is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Papa Moosh Dambullah! Papa Moosh Dambullah seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
