Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Paradoski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jamie Fox! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paradoski drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Paradoski stands up and waves to Fox to follow him. Paradoski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Fox tries a head kick but it misses.
Paradoski darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Paradoski is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Paradoski thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Fox actively working from the bottom here. Paradoski tries to stand and escape but Fox is controlling the position. Paradoski is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fox regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Paradoski. Paradoski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Paradoski stands up from guard. Let's bang! Fox tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Paradoski has a takedown stuffed. A nice leg kick lands there from Paradoski. Fox tries to clinch but Paradoski moves out of range. Fox scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fox tries for a takedown but Paradoski circles away easily and Paradoski counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Paradoski stands up from guard. Let's bang! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fox pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick by Fox misses and Paradoski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Paradoski. Fox manages to break the clinch.
Fox throws a sloppy head kick and Paradoski moves out of range easily. A slapping leg kick lands for Paradoski.

Fox goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Excellent takedown into side control there by Paradoski. Paradoski decides to stand back up. Paradoski steps back and let's Fox get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paradoski shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Paradoski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fox is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Paradoski working for a guillotine from mount but Fox is in no mood to give up. Fox really wants to buck Paradoski off and get back to his feet. Paradoski swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Fox is now in Paradoski's guard. A big mistake from Paradoski there, giving up the dominant position! Fox has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Paradoski is proving hard to escape from. Paradoski pushes Fox off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Paradoski blocks a head kick by Fox.

Paradoski using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Fox has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Fox breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Fox wants to clinch but Paradoski slips to the side and Paradoski counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Paradoski stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Paradoski closes the distance and clinches up with Fox, looking for a takedown. Paradoski pushes Fox against the cage but Fox circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Paradoski shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fox but Fox pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fox keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fox wants to stand up but Paradoski is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Paradoski gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Paradoski takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Fox throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Paradoski. Fox has closed the distance and engaged Paradoski in a clinch.

Fox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Paradoski shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fox's guard. Fox has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Paradoski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Paradoski decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Paradoski changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fox looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

After a battle for position, Paradoski asserts his dominance and retains side control. Fox is trying to get back to half guard. Paradoski tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Paradoski tries to move to mount but Fox blocks the move with his legs. That was a close second round but I would say that Brandon Paradoski will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

And that's the end of the fight! Brandon Paradoski showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Paradoski, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
