Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws out a powerful jab.
Silva ducks under a wild hook from Misipati.
Silva waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Misipati.
Misipati moves out of range as Silva throws a body kick.
Misipati looks like he wants to counter punch here.
A telegraphed right hand from Misipati misses the target.
Misipati rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silva connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Misipati dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Misipati thows a leg kick but Silva checks it
and Silva counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Misipati lands a nice shot to the body.

A slow jab from Silva misses its intended target.
Silva takes a swing at Misipati's ribcage but misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Misipati bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Silva connects with a body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Misipati walks into a left hand.
A big left from Misipati misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Misipati. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Misipati circles away quickly and effectively.
Misipati lands a right hook to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Silva. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silva.

Silva closes the distance and clinches.

Misipati breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Silva.
Silva cracks Misipati with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Misipati is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Misipati is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Misipati could not beat the count!
