Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Siver (ranked 7239 p4p, 187 weight class) and Mike Fury (ranked 3944 p4p, 133 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Siver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Fury!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Siver closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Siver thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Fury is looking to escape.
Siver thows a huge punch but Fury dodges it nicely.
Siver thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fury's head.
Fury is controlling Siver's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Fury blocking the ground and pound attempt from Siver.

Fury pushes Siver off and gets back to his feet.

Siver dives in and scores a takedown into Fury's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fury avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Siver could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Siver throws a big elbow that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fury is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Siver trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Siver throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fury works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Fury is looking to stand up but Siver isn't so interested in that idea.
Fury avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Siver loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Siver is looking to work some ground and pound but Fury has wrist control.
Siver missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Siver fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Siver shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fury but Fury pushes him off and we're back to square one.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Fury gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Fury is working Siver over against the cage.
Fury is pressed up against the cage. Siver has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fury down to the mat. Fury avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Siver. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Siver gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Fury counters with a nice right hand that sends Siver toppling to the canvas! Siver scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Fury finish him?!

It looks like Rick Siver has been cut.
Siver is breathing heavily.
Siver shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fury as he avoids it easily.

Fury cracks Siver with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Siver looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Fury finish him?

Siver is rocked!
Fury lands a jab to Siver's midsection.
Fury knocks out Siver with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Fury before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Fury picks up the big W with a huge KO!
