The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Mendoza knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Boy on the ground.
Boy throws an elbow but Mendoza slips to the side and avoids it well.
Boy tries for a kimura but Mendoza is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Mendoza's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mendoza drops Boy with a huge uppercut! Boy drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Mendoza is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
