Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Abdhullah Mohammed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jain Kim!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim thows a body kick. Mohammed tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Kim connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Kim shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kim showed some decent athleticism there.
Kim not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Kim wants to control but Mohammed is keeping him busy.
Mohammed landing rabbit punches to the side of Kim's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points.
Kim wants to pass to mount but Mohammed is defending the position.
Mohammed controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim looking to sit in guard and control but Mohammed gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mohammed's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Mohammed is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Kim has a closed guard, preventing Mohammed from standing up.

Kim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mohammed can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Mohammed really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Mohammed gets to his feet. Kim looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Mohammed has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kim jumps guard.
Mohammed slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Mohammed makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Mohammed working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kim's head.

Mohammed gets to his feet. Kim looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

and Mohammed takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Kim wants to control the position but Mohammed says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Mohammed is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Kim won't allow Mohammed to pass to mount.

Kim wants to control but Mohammed is keeping busy.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Mohammed drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Mohammed decides to stand back up. Mohammed steps back and let's Kim get back to his feet.
Kim throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mohammed's waist but Mohammed gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kim off to one side.

Kim is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kim closes the distance and clinches up with Mohammed, looking for a takedown. Kim pushes Mohammed against the cage but Mohammed circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Abdhullah Mohammed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jain Kim.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kim misses the jab.
Kim walks into a left hand.
Kim tries to clinch there but Mohammed circles away.
Mohammed is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kim can do to turn this around?
Mohammed on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kim slaps away a takedown attempt from Mohammed, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Mohammed counters with a one-two to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kim is defended easily by Mohammed.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Mohammed stands up and waves to Kim to follow him.
Mohammed moves in looking to clinch but Kim pushes him off.
Mohammed throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kim's waist but Kim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mohammed off to one side.
Mohammed stuffs the takedown attempt from Kim. Kim gets slowly back to his feet.
Mohammed is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Mohammed stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mohammed wants it to stay on the feet.
Mohammed looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kim changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Mohammed shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mohammed was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Mohammed's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Mohammed tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mohammed has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Kim is trying to improve his position.
Mohammed is putting a hurting on Kim here, landing some big shots from side control.
Kim is trying to escape the position but Mohammed is controlling the position.
Mohammed knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kim on the ground.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!



Mohammed closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kim quickly recovers to half guard.

Mohammed is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Kim reverses the position - he's now on top in Mohammed's guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Mohammed holds on and takes a little breather.
Abdhullah Mohammed overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mohammed lands a nice short elbow.
Kim manages to get to full guard.
Mohammed lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Mohammed won't allow Kim to sweep him here.

Kim is trying to hold Mohammed in close to prevent damage but Mohammed has managed to pass into half guard.

Kim gets full guard.

Abdhullah Mohammed showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Mohammed has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
