PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donnie Larkin (ranked 1940 p4p, 227 weight class) and Wilky Pierre (ranked 3437 p4p, 360 weight class). The key to victory for Donnie Larkin has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donnie Larkin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wilky Pierre!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre tries to clinch but Larkin is having none of it.
Larkin misses with a hook. Pierre ducked under it nicely.
Pierre is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Pierre is looking to clinch but Larkin is avoiding it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A nice right hand lands inside from Larkin.

Larkin clobbers Pierre with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

and Pierre is countered with a crisp right hand from Larkin that sends him to the canvas! Larkin follows him to the mat into side control.
