The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunne manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Charles on his heels. He'll look to pass Charles's guard now, I'm sure.
Charles is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Dunne dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dunne tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dunne has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Dunne wants to stand but Charles has his arm trapped.
Dunne cracks Charles with a big right hand but Charles just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Dunne has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Charles is in a horrible position here. Dunne smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Dunne gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.

Charles is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Dunne is looking for the choke from the back position but Charles is controlling his hands well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dunne is cranking Charles's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Charles! He's tightened the choke and Charles is tapping out!
