Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Balboa (ranked 5405 p4p, 471 weight class) and Asiong Salonga (ranked 24807 p4p, 542 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salonga misses with the combination.
Salonga throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Salonga takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Asiong Salonga has been cut.
Salonga misses with a looping left.
Balboa takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Salonga looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Balboa is looking to counter punch.
Balboa avoids a punch combination nicely.
Balboa tries to counter by clinching up but Salonga breaks away and moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Salonga throws a lazy right hand but Balboa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Balboa misses the target.
Salonga throws a predictable looking body shot
and Balboa counters with a huge left! Salonga is in big trouble! He's backing up but Balboa isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Salonga from any more damage. A dominating finish by Balboa!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocky Balboa!
Rocky Balboa tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
Asiong Salonga spoke after the fight, saying 'Fuck you'.
