Makarenko swings wildly with an uppercut but Upchurch uses good head movement to avoid it.
Upchurch drops Makarenko on his ass with a big knee up the middle! Makarenko bounces straight back to his feet before the referee can even start a count. We'll have to wait a moment to see if that actually hurt him or not, as he takes the standing 8 count.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Upchurch feints and then cracks Makarenko's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Makarenko down.

Upchurch breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Makarenko with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Makarenko looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Makarenko get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
