Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kree P Krawlee (ranked 4452 p4p, 449 weight class) and Yves Trudeau (ranked 6853 p4p, 521 weight class). Krawlee comes to the cage accompanied by Sail. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krawlee is trying hard to land a takedown here. Trudeau sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Trudeau working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Krawlee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Krawlee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've been hearing good reports from Krawlee's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Trudeau is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Trudeau seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Krawlee forces his way into half guard.
Trudeau really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Krawlee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
