Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jim Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trinity Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hill has chosen Alice In Chains - Rooster as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Bo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill just misses with a punch to the body.
Hill lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Bo avoids the body shot from Hill.
Bo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hill.
Hill checks a low kick from Bo.
Hill moves out of range as Bo strikes.
Hill throws a series of punches but Bo moves out of range.
Bo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hill counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Bo throws a low kick but it's checked well by Hill.
Hill with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bo to score with a decent uppercut.

Hill throws a nice looking combination but Bo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Bo throws a shot from downtown. Hill moves away and avoids it.
Hill pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bo is out of range and Hill settles back down.
Bo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bo has his takedown stuffed
and Hill counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bo thinking.
Bo throws a hook but Hill blocks it.
Bo throws a lazy right hand but Hill sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Bo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hill looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hill knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Bo is breathing heavily.
Bo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hill is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hill throws Bo to one side and escapes!
Hill comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hill lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bo circles away quickly and effectively.
Bo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hill pinned against the cage. Hill gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Bo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hill is pressed up against the cage. Bo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hill down to the mat. Hill avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hill creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Hill drops Bo with a right and a left! Hill comes rushing in but Bo regains his composure and manages to keep Hill in guard.

Bo is working an open guard so Hill takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

and Hill counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Bo!
Oh Bo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The referee asks Hill politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hill prefers to stall for the moment though.
