The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schaub doesn't manage to clinch there - Salmi circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Schaub has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Salmi after a bit of a struggle.
Salmi lands a body punch.
Salmi lands a right hand that snaps the head of Schaub backwards.
Salmi lands with a left to the head.
Our sources have told us that Schaub has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
Schaub drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Salmi gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Salmi stops a takedown attempt from Schaub.

Salmi is trying to break free.

Salmi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Schaub is looking to clinch but Salmi is avoiding it.

Schaub tests Salmi's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Salmi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Salmi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Schaub drops Salmi with a beautiful combination! Salmi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Schaub is looking for the KO!

It looks like Eerikki Salmi has been cut.

Schaub looks to clinch
letting Salmi counter with a right hand.
Schaub tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Salmi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Schaub connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Salmi is rocked!
Salmi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Salmi is still on wobbly legs! Can Schaub finish him?
Salmi looks winded!

Schaub closes the distance and clinches.

Schaub scrambles and takes Salmi's back. He's looking to land a suplex. Oh, he's managed it! Salmi bangs his head on the mat and seems dazed! The ref takes a look and decides to end the fight!
