Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raymon Dekkers (ranked 4647 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alekanekelo Tamata (ranked 3931 p4p, 393 weight class). Tamata is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Get Up . Alekanekelo Tamata is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Chris Dean and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dekkers pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Dekkers sets himself, and Tamata steps forward looking for the clinch! Dekkers avoids it this time.

Tamata decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dekkers throws the left hand but Tamata avoids the punch easily.

Tamata fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dekkers avoids it really well and circles away.
Raymon Dekkers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alekanekelo Tamata.

The crowd cheers as Dekkers lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tamata doesn't seem phased though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
