The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisher shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Davies napping and manages to drive through into side control! Davies regains half guard. Fisher wants to lay and pray for a moment but Davies keeps working. Davies works his way to full guard. Good work. Davies wants to sweep here but Fisher controlling him for the moment. Davies throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Davies utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Davies tries to land a sweep but no joy. Davies is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Oh Fisher is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Davies connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Fisher is desperately trying to improve his position but Davies has a good base and remains in mount. Davies lands a couple of good shots and Fisher has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Davies looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Davies connects with a couple of big shots that have Fisher covering up! Oh, this looks bad for Fisher! Davies fires away with several more unanswered shots and the referee has no choice but to step in! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
