Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lee Lyons (ranked 3070 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hairuddin Abdul Rahim (ranked 4464 p4p, 371 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Abdul Rahim or perhaps it was just good defense by Lyons, which made it look bad.
Abdul Rahim fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lyons to the ground. Abdul Rahim is now in Lyons's guard.
Lyons bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Abdul Rahim's guard.

Abdul Rahim manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lyons manages to get himself to full guard.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Abdul Rahim looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Lyons can't hide his disappointment, as Abdul Rahim celebrates the victory.
