The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hedger closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sitsongrit's guard.
Sitsongrit utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hedger is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hedger throwing strikes but missing.
Hedger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sitsongrit trying to control the position here.
Hedger postures up and lands a big shot to Sitsongrit's brow.
Sitsongrit has momentary wrist control but Hedger slips an elbow through the middle.
