Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Jardine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Slow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jardine comes into the arena with Pepper- Butthole Surfers blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jardine lands a head shot.

Slow wanted to stand there but Jardine had control of the position.

Jardine is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Slow defends it well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jardine connects with a nice short shot to Slow's temple.

Jardine is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Slow doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jardine.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Joe Slow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Slow feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
