Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rios (ranked 2054 p4p, 233 weight class) and Tytus Aleksy (ranked 1300 p4p, 162 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Rios! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tytus Aleksy! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aleksy throws a predictable looking body shot
enabling Rios to counter with a crisp jab. A head kick by Aleksy misses and Rios cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A swing and a miss from Rios. Aleksy gets in close and instigates a clinch. Rios lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Aleksy backwards. Rios jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Aleksy walks away with a smile on his face. Rios gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Aleksy tries to clinch up. A little feinted left hand from Rios on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Aleksy connects with an inside leg kick. Rios checks a leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rios defending well as Aleksy loads up on a big left hand. A little feinted left hand from Rios on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Aleksy dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rios. That did some damage! Aleksy tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Rios is able to avoid easily. Rios throwing a counter right hand but Aleksy manages to avoid it. Aleksy throws a shot from downtown. Rios moves away and avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rios slips a jab and a cross from Aleksy.
Aleksy rushes Rios and presses him up against the cage. Aleksy takes a shot to the head. Aleksy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Rios tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Aleksy just stands there and leans against the cage. Aleksy fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Rios jumps guard but Aleksy stands there with Rios around his waist. Rios gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Rios. That's going to take a lot out of him. Aleksy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Aleksy swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Rios tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Aleksy smiles and moves away.
A lazy body kick from Aleksy and Aleksy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Aleksy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rios counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Aleksy is rocked! Aleksy wants to clinch and Rios scores with a counter punch that sends Aleksy to the canvas! Rios smells blood - he's punishing Aleksy with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Aleksy has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Rios! Adam Rios was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
