Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Fightmaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Gustafsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Gustafsson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gustafsson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Fightmaster pushes Gustafsson up against the cage in a clinch.
A short right from Fightmaster on the inside.
Fightmaster wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Gustafsson jumps into guard, dragging Fightmaster to the mat.
Fightmaster slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Fightmaster postures up in Gustafsson's guard and throws a big left but Gustafsson blocks it.
Fightmaster slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Fightmaster stands up and beckons Gustafsson to his feet.
Fightmaster scores with the left hand. Gustafsson knows he should have avoided that one.

Fightmaster lands a body shot.
Gustafsson dodges the punch combination from Fightmaster.
Fightmaster scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Fightmaster throws a right hand that Gustafsson ducks under and follows up with a left that Gustafsson also avoids with ease.
Fightmaster scores with a three punch combo!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fightmaster catches Gustafsson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fightmaster scores with a jab to the head.
Fightmaster feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gustafsson sprawling to the canvas! Gustafsson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Fightmaster finish him?!
Gustafsson is rocked!
Fightmaster connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Gustafsson to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Fightmaster!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Max Fightmaster!
