Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hassan Van Den Berg (ranked 3574 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ferdinand Marquez (ranked 2943 p4p, 0 weight class). Marquez has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Den Berg throws a series of punches but Marquez moves out of range.
Van Den Berg swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A head kick misses from Marquez.
A jab-cross combination lands for Van Den Berg and sends Marquez crashing to the mat! Van Den Berg follows him down to the mat - Marquez regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Marquez is rocked!
It looks like Ferdinand Marquez has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
It looks like Van Den Berg is going to stand back up.

Van Den Berg postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Marquez to stand up.
Marquez throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Van Den Berg counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Marquez falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
