Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

32 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Borys Mankowski!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avetisyan cracks Mankowski with a good jab.
Mankowski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Avetisyan.
Mankowski is trying hard to land a takedown here. Avetisyan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Edgar Avetisyan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Avetisyan lands a right hook to the body.
Mankowski shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Avetisyan throws a sloppy head kick and Mankowski moves out of range easily.
Avetisyan backing away here, and Mankowski unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Mankowski ducks right into an uppercut from Avetisyan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mankowski moves out of range of the strikes.
Mankowski feints the counter takedown.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Avetisyan, as that shot connected.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Avetisyan scores with a leg kick.
Mankowski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Avetisyan counters with a nice uppercut.
Avetisyan connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Mankowski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Avetisyan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mankowski is in Avetisyan's guard.
Avetisyan uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Mankowski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mankowski in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Avetisyan tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Mankowski!
