Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Arciniega (ranked 1274 p4p, 63 weight class) and Lurch Addams (ranked 1256 p4p, 62 weight class). Arciniega comes to the cage accompanied by K.A.Y.O Shot ya. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alejandro Arciniega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lurch Addams!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ron Honeybunn and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arciniega jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Arciniega throws a quick inside leg kick.
Addams fails in his attempt to clinch.
As Addams backs away, Arciniega returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Addams will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Arciniega throws a lazy uppercut
and Addams counters with a low kick, right behind Arciniega 's knee.
A bone on bone clash there as Addams blocks the leg kick.
Arciniega throws out a loose jab but Addams uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Addams lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Arciniega misses with a few strikes there.

and Arciniega takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Addams tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Arciniega paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Arciniega fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Arciniega avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Addams moves into the clinch successfully.
Arciniega manages to break the clinch.
Addams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Arciniega feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Addams's calf.
Arciniega missing with a left hand there. Addams was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Addams moves into the clinch successfully.

It looks like Lurch Addams has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Addams throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Addams missing with knees to the body.
Addams misses with an elbow strike.
Arciniega lands a body punch.
Addams looks winded!
Arciniega throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Arciniega breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Addams ducks under a wild hook from Arciniega.
Arciniega cracks Addams with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Addams looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Arciniega finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Arciniega lands an uppercut, right on the button! Addams tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
