The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brit uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dagestanskiy.
Brit connects with a body shot.
Brit stalks Dagestanskiy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dagestanskiy's face. Dagestanskiy staggers backwards, shaken.
Dagestanskiy throws a right and a left that Brit avoids nicely.
Brit misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Dagestanskiy shoots in for a takedown but Brit shows good takedown defense.

Dagestanskiy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Brit manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

After the fight, Khaba Dagestanskiy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
