The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cute displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Webb throws out the jab.
Webb gets a double leg takedown into Cute's guard.

Webb trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
We've been hearing that Webb has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Webb knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cute on the ground.

Webb is looking to work some ground and pound but Cute has wrist control.
Cute controls Webb momentarily but Webb frees himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cute working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Webb doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Webb manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Webb's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Cute utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Webb keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cute's head.
Cute is rocked!
Webb prevents Cute from getting back to his feet.
Webb postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces Cute's head off the mat! Cute is out! He's out! Webb jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!
