Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between David Morrison Jr. (ranked 1875 p4p, 109 weight class) and Kotetsu Yamamoto (ranked 1853 p4p, 108 weight class). Morrison Jr. comes to the ring accompanied by Face The Pain. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Yamamoto forces Morrison Jr. back against the ropes and clinches.

Morrison Jr. is trying to trip Yamamoto. He has hold of a leg but Yamamoto is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Morrison Jr. persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Morrison Jr. stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yamamoto swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Yamamoto working for submissions but it's allowed Morrison Jr. to get to half guard.

Morrison Jr. is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Yamamoto looking for submissions off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yamamoto is not content to let Morrison Jr. control the position.

Morrison Jr. is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Yamamoto is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Morrison Jr. is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Yamamoto defends it well.

Yamamoto has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Yamamoto tries to roll over but Morrison Jr. keeps him under control.

Yamamoto looking for a kimura from the bottom but Morrison Jr. passes into side control!

Morrison Jr. is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Yamamoto knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Yamamoto tries to improve his position but instead Morrison Jr. has taken his back!

Yamamoto is looking to control the hands but Morrison Jr. breaks free and manages to sink in a rear naked choke that ends the fight!
