The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanchez gets tackled into the cage by Vovchanchyn. Vovchanchyn maintains the clinch.

Vovchanchyn breaks from the clinch.
Sanchez tries to clinch up but Vovchanchyn circles away and keeps his distance.

Vovchanchyn fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sanchez, pushing him back against the cage.

Vovchanchyn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch but Vovchanchyn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sanchez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vovchanchyn.
Vovchanchyn lunges at Sanchez with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sanchez's hand.
Vovchanchyn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sanchez checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Sanchez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Vovchanchyn swivels and escapes.
Vovchanchyn connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sanchez. Sanchez circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Vovchanchyn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sanchez.
Sanchez tries to land a front kick but Vovchanchyn steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Vovchanchyn cracks Sanchez with an open hand slap.
Sanchez tries to clinch up but Vovchanchyn circles away and keeps his distance.
Vovchanchyn avoids a punch combination nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Vovchanchyn paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Igor Vovchanchyn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sanchez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vovchanchyn.
Sanchez shoots in looking for a takedown but Vovchanchyn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sanchez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Vovchanchyn lands a jab to Sanchez's midsection.
Sanchez slips under a jab.
As Vovchanchyn backs off Sanchez throws a huge counter combo but Vovchanchyn manages to avoid it all.
Vovchanchyn's corner calls for a 1-2. Vovchanchyn obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Sanchez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vovchanchyn is fending him off so far but Sanchez persists. Nope, Vovchanchyn circles away and we're back to standing.
Igor Vovchanchyn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leon Pablo Sanchez.
Sanchez tries to clinch but Vovchanchyn moves out of range.
Vovchanchyn bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sanchez's head.

Vovchanchyn throws a looping overhand right but Sanchez ducks down to avoid it.
Vovchanchyn throws a monster overhand right that drops Sanchez! Vovchanchyn follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
