Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlakan Targa (ranked 3654 p4p, 413 weight class) and Tony Stark (ranked 5513 p4p, 507 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Targa closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stark circles away.
Stark fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Targa sprawls well initially but Stark persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Stark is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Stark seems to be working for a kimura but Targa defends the submission attempt.
Targa is defending against the submission attempts here by Stark.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stark is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Targa has managed to free his arm - good work.
Targa is trying to maintain the position but Stark is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Targa tries to kick Stark off but Stark keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Stark working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Targa's thigh. Targa counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Stark drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Stark seems to have locked his on tight now - Targa screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Stark, as he picks up the win!
