Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rob Tanner (ranked 3503 p4p, 374 weight class) and I Just Fight And Win I (ranked 4210 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Tanner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, I Just Fight And Win I! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Russell Pearce and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! And Win I ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. And Win I shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tanner pinned against the cage. Tanner gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tanner swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. A jab from Tanner misses. Horrible takedown attempt by And Win I or perhaps it was just good defense by Tanner, which made it look bad. And Win I closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tanner's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. And Win I slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Tanner on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tanner tries to get out of the position. And Win I is staying tight to Tanner's torso, preventing him from escaping. And Win I's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tanner is looking for a sweep. And Win I working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
You can see the frustration on Tanner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And Win I staying calm. Tanner is looking for a sweep. And Win I prevents Tanner from escaping the position. A lull in the action here. Tanner is looking for a sweep. Tanner being controlled for a moment. Tanner wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. And Win I decides to take the fight back to the feet. Tanner works the jab nicely. Tanner misses with a straight right. And Win I shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tanner but Tanner pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tanner was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Rob Tanner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of I Just Fight And Win I. Tanner misses the jab. And Win I has his takedown stuffed enabling Tanner to counter with a crisp jab. And Win I changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tanner tries to avoid it but And Win I manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tanner to the ground. Tanner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. And Win I with a lazy takedown attempt and And Win I takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. And Win I changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tanner tries to avoid it but And Win I manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tanner to the ground. Tanner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A left lands for Tanner. Tanner definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. And Win I misses with a takedown letting Tanner counter with a right hand. Rob Tanner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tanner drops And Win I with a nice combination! Tanner dives into And Win I's guard, looking to finish!
It looks like I Just Fight And Win I has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tanner postures up in And Win I's guard and throws a big left but And Win I blocks it. Tanner looking to pass the guard. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Tanner missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Tanner trying to stand up but can't free himself from And Win I's guard. That's four minutes gone in the round. And Win I bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tanner's guard. Tanner trying to keep a closed guard but And Win I is proving a slippery customer.
Tanner thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Tanner is trying to keep And Win I in close.
Tanner can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as And Win I controls the pace. More stalling from And Win I. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. And Win I trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And Win I is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Tanner wants to sweep here but And Win I controlling him for the moment. And Win I looking to control the position here, rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Tanner dominated that round. The cut man is working on I Just Fight And Win I's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
And Win I takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
And Win I is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tanner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Tanner misses with a hook. Tanner stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tanner wants it to stay on the feet. Tanner is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. And Win I with a lazy takedown attempt and Tanner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rob Tanner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of I Just Fight And Win I. And Win I shoots in for a takedown but Tanner shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Tanner is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that And Win I can do to turn this around? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. And Win I shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Tanner counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Tanner is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. And Win I get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. And Win I stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Tanner runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
