Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Hedger (ranked 1939 p4p, 228 weight class) and Marco Silva (ranked 1946 p4p, 229 weight class). Marco Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hedger misses with a takedown
and Silva counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hedger accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hedger closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard.
