Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Snowdon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ronnie White!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White looks to clinch
and Snowdon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Snowdon looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
White on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
White closes the distance looking to clinch
and Snowdon counters with a stiff right hand.

White rushes Snowdon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Snowdon breaks from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snowdon connects with a good right hand that stumbles White. White circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
White wants to clinch but Snowdon slips to the side
and Snowdon counters with a stiff right hand.
White looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Snowdon is rocked!
Snowdon is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Oh Snowdon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Snowdon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Snowdon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Snowdon seems to have got his legs back now.

White has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Snowdon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. White swivels though and keeps the full guard.
White pulls Snowdon in close to his closed guard and prevents Snowdon from doing any damage or advancing position.

Ronnie White showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

White connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Snowdon some visible discomfort.

You can see the frustration on White's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
