Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hughie McFee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mateusz Gamrot!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamrot takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Gamrot shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and McFee counters with a stiff right hand.
McFee lands a nice shot to the body.
Gamrot looks winded!
BOOM! McFee lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gamrot. Gamrot tries to recover but McFee is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gamrot lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hughie McFee!
