Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Dix (ranked 6904 p4p, 589 weight class) and Victor Efremov (ranked 23886 p4p, 664 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Victor Efremov!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Efremov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dix's waist but Dix gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Efremov off to one side.
Dix tries to clinch but Efremov moves out of range.
Efremov throws out a counter right but Dix avoids it with no problem.
Dix is looking to clinch.
Dix tries to clinch up.
Efremov just misses with a punch to the body.
Dix pushes Efremov up against the cage in a clinch.
Dix is trying to stall.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Efremov is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dix gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Dix is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Efremov wants to take the fight to the mat but Dix manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Dix is looking to control Efremov's arms but Efremov gets an underhook and turns him. Now Dix has his back to the cage.

Dix tries to stall but Efremov uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Dix seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Efremov is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Ramon Dix.

Efremov only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Efremov swats away the attempt to clinch by Dix.

Dix tries to close the distance and clinch but Efremov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dix looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Efremov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Efremov tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dix knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dix on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Efremov wants to stand up but Dix has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Efremov seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dix does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Efremov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Dix is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Efremov pulls his head out easily.

Efremov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Efremov is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dix has managed to free his arm - good work.
Efremov is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Efremov seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Dix is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

A relieved looking Victor Efremov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
