Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Brockman!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brockman fails with an attempt to clinch.

Hodges gets the takedown into side control.
Hodges wants to stand but Brockman is controlling his arm.
Both fighters take a look at the clock.
Hodges tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Hodges stands up and we're back to a striking position.
A combination from Hodges does no damage.
Hodges misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hodges tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hodges throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hodges.
Brockman dodges the punch combination from Hodges.

Hodges feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Brockman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Hodges would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Hodges trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hodges tries for a takedown but Brockman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Hodges does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hodges trying to control the position but instead, Brockman has worked for underhooks and has pushed Hodges into the cage.

Hodges trying to stand up but can't free himself from Brockman's guard.
Hodges being controlled here momentarily.

Brockman is trying to keep Hodges in close.

That was a close round but I would say that Dana Hodges will probably get the nod.

Hodges lands with a kick to the temple. Brockman shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

and Hodges counters with a series of strikes. Brockman will be more careful next time no doubt.
Hodges feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brockman's calf.

Dana Hodges seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hodges misses with a few strikes there.

Hodges gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hodges is looking to break free of the clinch but Brockman has double underhooks.

Hodges is trying to drag Brockman to the mat but Brockman just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Brockman takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hodges throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brockman's waist but Brockman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hodges off to one side.
Hodges misses with a head kick.
Brockman tries to clinch but Hodges moves out of range.
Hodges fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Hodges forces Brockman back against the cage and clinches.
