0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Rbn! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rbn takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Price connects with a body shot that sends Rbn's belly button to the back. Rbn fails with a takedown attempt. Rbn checks a leg kick nicely. Rbn unleashes a big counter combination but Price bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Price lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rbn backs up against the cage.
Price scores with a push kick. Price throws a left and a right that both miss
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Rbn takes a jab right on the kisser.
Rbn takes one to the chin there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rbn has his takedown stuffed and Price counters with a straight right hand. Price tries a low kick but Rbn avoids it. Rbn is looking for the big counter here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price connects with an inside leg kick. Price throws a shot from downtown. Rbn moves away and avoids it. A jab from Price does it's job there. A nice leg kick lands there from Price. Price connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Price stalks Rbn and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rbn's face. Rbn staggers backwards, shaken. Nice uppercut there from Price. Price is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rbn's half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Price slips a nice elbow through Rbn's hands, connecting with Rbn's forehead. Rbn is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Rbn looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Price is looking to take a break and control but Rbn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rbn is looking for a sweep. Price is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Price is controlling the pace.
Rbn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Price pulls his head out easily. Rbn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Price is looking to take a break and control but Rbn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rbn looking for submissions off his back.

Rbn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Price pulls his head out easily. Price perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Price seems to be working for a kimura but Rbn defends the submission attempt. Price looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Rbn is pressing down on Price's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Rbn keeping moving, preventing Price from controlling successfully. Price with a nice head shot there. Price trying to control but Rbn is working from the bottom.

Price working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rbn's head. Rbn working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Price has passed into half guard!
Price lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Rbn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rbn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Price pulls his head out easily. Rbn manages to get to full guard.
Price has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Price landing with the ground and pound. Rbn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Price defends it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ozzie Price dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Price throws a quick inside leg kick. Price comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Price is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rbn can do to turn this around? Price looks to land a body kick but Rbn moved away. Rbn with a lazy takedown attempt and Price counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Rbn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Price circles away. Price is looking for a counter combo. Price connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Price gets the takedown into side control. Price tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Price trying to control the action but Rbn is working from the bottom. Rbn is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price looks up at the clock and then as Rbn takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Price smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rbn is looking to reverse the position. Rbn taking punishment in the form of punches.

Rbn is not content to let Price control the position. Rbn is looking for a sweep. Ozzie Price overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Price trying to control the position but Rbn is working away. Rbn is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Rbn has hold of Price's hands but Price slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Rbn wants to get back to full guard. Rbn looking for submissions off his back. Price is nestled in close to Rbn, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rbn actively working from the bottom here. Rbn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Price pulls his head out easily. Rbn actively working from the bottom here. Rbn is breathing heavily. Rbn on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Price winds up and cracks Rbn with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Rbn taking some punishment here, with Price in his half guard. Rbn manages to get to full guard.
Price is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Price chips away with some ground and pound. Price content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Price not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Rbn keeping moving, preventing Price from controlling successfully. Rbn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Price gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rbn looking for a guillotine here but Price defends easily.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Price's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Rbn is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Price defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Price is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Price scoring with punches to the head and body. Rbn is looking to cinch up a triangle. Price throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Rbn's body to avoid the submission. Rbn has instead reached around Price's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rbn arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
