Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Swan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricco Bader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swan comes to the cage accompanied by I get money. Bader has chosen It's a Long Way to the Top as his entrance music. Ricco Bader told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, King Swan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricco Bader! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Swan gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bader tries to pull guard but Swan won't allow it.
Bader tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Swan just stands there and leans against the cage. Swan misses with a knee strike.
Swan jumps into guard, dragging Bader to the mat.
Bader thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bader wants to pass the guard but Swan is keeping the position. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Swan working a defensive guard here.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bader tries to keep at a distance but Swan has taken the fight into the clinch. Swan pulls Bader into guard.
Bader thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bader pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Swan is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bader won't allow Swan to sweep him here. Bader drops back looking for a leg! Swan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Swan manages to kick Bader off! Bader jumps back into Swan's guard. Bader looks gassed! Bader drops back looking for a leg! Swan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Swan manages to kick Bader off! Bader jumps back into Swan's guard. Swan has control of Bader's left arm, preventing Bader from doing any damage. Bader advances to half guard. Swan tries to roll over but Bader keeps him under control. Bader is thwarting Swan's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bader seems to be looking for submissions.
Swan is trying to maintain the position but Bader is very close to passing his half guard. Bader looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Swan moves into full guard.
Bader is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Swan has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bader is looking to defend but Swan has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bader! Swan pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bader taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). King Swan!
