Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Piano (ranked 20 p4p, 1 weight class) and Luc Gagnon (ranked 65 p4p, 6 weight class). Piano 's entrance music is Rick going ham on a bitch. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

23 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luc Gagnon!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piano cracks Gagnon with a good jab.
It looks like Luc Gagnon has been cut.
Piano misses with a combination
and Gagnon counters with a right hand to the body.
Piano looks to land a left hand but Gagnon moved out of range nicely.
Gagnon throws out a counter right but Piano avoids it with no problem.
The crowd cheers as Piano lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gagnon doesn't seem phased though.
Piano misses with a head kick.
Piano throws out a loose jab but Gagnon uses good head movement to avoid it.
Piano lands a big right hand that sends Gagnon crashing to the mat! Piano stays standing though and waves Gagnon back to his feet!
Gagnon is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Piano misses with a right hand
letting Gagnon counter with a right hand.
Piano stuns Gagnon with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Piano throws a monster overhand right that drops Gagnon! Piano follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Piano !
In his post fight interview, Rick Piano started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
