Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Don Stewart (ranked 718 p4p, 100 weight class) and Derek Trucks (ranked 912 p4p, 121 weight class). Stewart comes to the ring accompanied by free ma niggas!. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Derek Trucks!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot by Stewart.
It looks like Derek Trucks has been cut.
Trucks swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Trucks swinging wildly here.
Stewart misses with a jab to the body
and Trucks counters with a left and a right that stings Stewart.
A big right from Trucks misses.
Stewart throwing a counter right hand but Trucks manages to avoid it.
Trucks walks into a straight right hand from Stewart.
Trucks takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Stewart fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stewart bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Trucks's head backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trucks scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Stewart swings widly with a right hand
and Trucks counters with a stiff right hand.
Good leg kick by Trucks there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Stewart has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Stewart thuds his right hand into Trucks's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Trucks takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Trucks takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Trucks is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Trucks switches off momentarily and Stewart cracks him with a monster right hand! Trucks topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Stewart dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Stewart!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Don Stewart!
Don Stewart decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
