Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Judas Priest (ranked 2125 p4p, 252 weight class) and Mike Schultz (ranked 3776 p4p, 387 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 3 losses; Judas Priest! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 21 wins and 11 losses; Mike Schultz!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.


Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?

Priest rushes Schultz and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Schultz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Priest is staying active underneath Schultz, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Schultz is keen to just control but Priest is a slippery customer.

Priest is trying to maintain the position but Schultz is very close to passing his half guard.
Schultz wants to take a breather but Priest is having none of it.
Priest is pressing down on Schultz's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Priest escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Schultz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Schultz not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Priest is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Schultz slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Schultz is taking a breather. Priest says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Priest wants to control but Schultz is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight!
As we have tied on points, we go to a tie breaker and Priest gets a bonus point for attempting more subs.
Priest takes the fight on points by 3 to 2.
