Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Ison (ranked 3099 p4p, 366 weight class) and Drizontay Wilder (ranked 2595 p4p, 320 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cole Ison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drizontay Wilder!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ison is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ison throws a right hand that misses
and Wilder counters with a stiff right hand.
Wilder misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ison throws a quick counter head kick but Wilder was just out of range.
Ison scores with a nice body kick.
Wilder lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Ison misses with an attempted mid kick.
Ison thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Wilder if he has to take too many more of those.
A swing and a miss from Wilder.
Ison explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Nice uppercut lands for Ison. That snapped Wilder's head back.
It looks like Drizontay Wilder has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ison connects with an inside leg kick.
Wilder misses with a looping right.
Wilder slips under a jab from Ison.
Ison scores with a spinning back kick!
Wilder looks winded!
Ison looks for the body kick but Wilder saw that one coming.
Ison throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Ison.
Wilder has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ison paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wilder on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ison. Ison obviously looking to wear him down.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A slapping leg kick lands for Ison.
Ison lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Wilder fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ison manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Ison.
Ison scores with a head kick. Wilder tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
An inside leg kick lands from Ison.
Wilder throws a big shot that misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ison.
Ison pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Wilder takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Wilder takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ison lands with a cross.
Wilder has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Ison.
Ison throws a quick inside leg kick.
Wilder's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Wilder takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
You can see that Wilder has visibly slowed down as a result of the leg kicks
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ison cracks Wilder with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Wilder looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ison finish him?
Wilder is rocked!
Ison scores with a leg kick.
Ison buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ison misses with a body kick.
Ison cracks the inside of Wilder's front leg.
Ison throws a quick inside leg kick.
Wilder misses with a left hand
and Ison counters with a low kick, right behind Wilder 's knee.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wilder avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Ison throws a leg kick which misses Wilder's front leg but catches the back leg as Wilder tries to avoid it.
Ison throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Ison lands a big head kick that sends Wilder tumbling to the mat! Ison takes a step backwards and waves Wilder back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Wilder is still on wobbly legs! Can Ison finish him?
That has opened up Drizontay Wilder's cut even more.
Ison drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Wilder's head, knocking him out cold! Ison is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cole Ison!
