With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mickey Munday!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munday tries for a takedown but Ewe sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Munday ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ewe looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ewe throws a body punch but Munday moves out of range.

and Ewe counters with a stiff right hand.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Ewe enables Munday to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ewe manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Ewe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Munday is one step ahead there.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Ewe manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Ewe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Munday dives in and grabs Ewe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ewe pushes down on Munday's head and hops out.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ewe.
Munday is still on wobbly legs! Can Ewe finish him?
Ewe connects with a right that clearly hurt Munday. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Ewe proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Munday collapses and taps out under the pressure!
