The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lidaka looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Delavine fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

It looks like Lidaka might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

It looked like Delavine was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Delavine has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Lidaka is on him like a limpet, forcing Delavine back against the cage.

Delavine might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lidaka in particular looking to stall.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Arvids Lidaka has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Ryan Delavine decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
